Today's religion journal entry was all about heroes. The question to consider was "What does it mean to be a hero?" And such wonderful answers were shared:
A hero is someone who:
- Gives without taking back
- Helps others; doesn't always think about themselves first
- Like a teacher, helps you or guides you on your path
- Does the extraordinary, but acts ordinary
- Inspires others by positive example
- Goes out of their comfort zone in order to make the world a better place
- Has strength and is not afraid to speak up
- Lead hopeful lives
And we all agreed....ANYONE CAN BE A HERO! Even you!
